Aero® Cupcakes
Try these simple cupcakes and have fun decorating with delicious Aero® Melts. They're great for birthday parties too!

Quick & Easy
Ingredients
- AERO® Melts Milk Pouch 92g x1
- 100g plain flour
- 25g cocoa powder
- 250g Carnation Original Drizzle or Carnation Condensed Milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 200g icing sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 55g buttery baking spread*, softened
- Few drops vanilla extract
- 2-3 tbsp Carnation Condensed Milk
- Aero® Melts to finish
- You will also need a 12 hole cupcake tin and cupcake or muffin cases
- Each portion contains:
- of an adult’s Reference Intake (RI)*
- Energy per 100g: 1872kJ/446kcal
- *Reference Intake of an average adult (8400kJ/2000kcal).
- Portions should be adjusted for children of different ages.
- For allergens, always check the ingredients list of each product used. Recipe contains: Milk, Eggs, Gluten & Soya

Preheat the oven to 180°C, (160°C for fan ovens), Gas Mark 4.

Put the cupcake ingredients in a bowl and beat (use an electric hand mixer if you have one!) until light and creamy.

Put the cupcake cases into the tin and spoon in the mixture. Bake for about 15-18 minutes until springy. Cool slightly then lift out onto a wire rack to cool completely.

When cool, beat the icing sugar, cocoa powder, buttery baking spread and vanilla with enough condensed milk to make a thick icing. Spread or pipe onto the cakes. Finish with an Aero® Melt on top!
